Here’s what we need to quote tooling for your project:

• DFM (Design for Manufacturing) CAD Files in STEP or Solidworks file format. 

• Plastic material requirements. *Your design engineer should specify material type.  We can work with him/her to find a material type that will best meet the requirements of your project. 

• Production quantity projections. We’ll quote options that will work for your project, now and in the near future.

Already have tooling and are ready for Injection Molding?

Here’s what we need to quote production: 

• Mold Cavitation How many parts will your mold make at a time?

• DFM CAD Drawings. We need to know the thicknesses and volumes of your parts to estimate cooling, material usage and cycle times.

• Material Specs. We’ll look for the best material prices. 

• BOM (Bill of Materials). What other materials and details should we consider?

• PRD (Product Requirements Document). How will your product be used for and what special requirements and considerations will need to be taken into account?
